Refund and Returns Policy

Every garment from The LUNI undergoes strict quality checks. We maintain a No Refund Policy, but replacements are available under specific conditions.


1. Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement is offered only in the following cases:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Wrong product delivered

  • For all other reasons (sizing issues, dissatisfaction, etc.), only a replacement will be provided at the discretion of our team.


2. Conditions for Replacement

  • The garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.


3. Replacement Process

  1. Email care@theluni.com or WhatsApp at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your order details and concern.

  2. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our studio.

  4. After quality inspection, the replacement piece will be shipped to you.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For replacements due to manufacturing defects or wrong items, we will bear the shipping costs.

  • For all other replacements, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
